Breakfast was good, but seating was limited.
False fire alarm was disrupting; price to value was higher than expected.

Loved top-notch service.
Its amazing, very central location was a plus. We only stayed 2 nights, though the staff were eager to help - ticked all the boxes for us.

The (box spring) bed was very comfortable, the pillow unfortunately a bit too thick. Very nice lobby with great shops, helpful staff
peabody is also famous for its duckwalk. i personally find the show around it, starts three quarters of an hour earlier, quite exaggerated. then four completely normal ducks (females) appear punctually at 11:00h, drake that actually belongs to them was missing....... whole thing happens at 17:00h in reverse order!

The hotel exudes charm with its fine lobby full of rich history and elegant décor. The duck parade is a good spectacle that makes for an lovely experience.
Check-in can be slow, with lines stretching over 20 minutes for some guests. The cleanliness, while generally good, left some worrying details, like hairs in the jacuzzi and uncollected trash in the room.

Got the same exceptionally comfortable queen room with a great view booked online, enjoyed that. The service was top-notch throughout our stay. Besides, there was private parking on site. The location was great and unbeatable, and we could reach a restored 19th-century performance hall by walking. The airport was 20 km away.

Coffee and location
Rooms were dirty, staff was a little over the top about being in the bar when ducks were walking.

Spacious room, well equipped, hotel very well located for walking out.... I checked in, I complained about the 18% service charge at the breakfast and Peabody made a gesture on its service charges... In short, they have been conciliatory... Thanks to them.
The Capriccio grill restaurant where the breakfast is served: a rather limited buffet, expensive and a lot of things on request (even toasts and fruit juice)... Coffee staff sometimes not very friendly...and who added 2 mornings on 5 18% of service...In short, the Peabody could do better on this point.
